Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Direct·Ops websites, software and services (the "Services"), operated by Belong Collection LLC, Iris Bay Tower, Office 905, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a setup package, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. The Services

• AI Front Desk — a subscription service that answers guest conversations on your website, WhatsApp and connected booking channels, based on the knowledge you provide.
• AI-first PMS — a subscription property-management suite covering reservations, channel synchronisation, payments, operations, pricing and owner reporting.
• Setup packages — one-time professional services in which we build and launch your booking website and configure the software stack for your properties.
• Belong Collection — full-service vacation-home management in Dubai, provided under a separate written management agreement; these Terms apply to your use of the software portions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and knowledge base, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Services to send unlawful content, to mislead guests, to probe or disrupt the Services, or to resell them without our written agreement.

4. Subscriptions, fees and refunds

Subscription fees are billed in USD in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — there is no long-term lock-in on software plans. Setup packages are one-time fees, invoiced as agreed in the order. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative; billing is in USD.

14-day money-back: if the Services do not work for you, tell us within 14 days of your go-live and we will refund your first subscription payment. Setup-package work delivered and accepted is non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-generated responses

The Services generate responses with artificial intelligence, grounded in the knowledge base and calendar data you provide. While the system is designed to answer only from your material and to route sensitive matters (complaints, emergencies, refunds, booking changes) to your team, AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing the knowledge you publish, configuring escalation contacts, and for the commitments you make to your guests. The Services are a tool that supports — not replaces — your responsibility as host or property manager.

6. Your data and your guests' data

You retain all rights to your knowledge base, guest conversations and booking data. We process guest messages and booking information on your behalf to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing any notices to your guests that apply to your use of an AI assistant in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and branding, remain our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your rental business while your subscription is active. Websites we build for you in a setup package belong to you upon full payment, excluding our underlying platform components.

8. Availability and changes

We operate the Services with commercially reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or modify features over time; where a change materially reduces the Services you pay for, you may cancel with effect from the end of the billing period.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost bookings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services for material breach of these Terms that remains uncured after notice. Upon termination we will, on request, provide an export of your knowledge base and conversation data within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
