Bold and tropical — deep greens, rattan, statement pieces.
A fourth option, Bespoke, is quoted individually — for owners who want a designer scheme rather than a fixed package.
Fixed prices set in AED; USD/EUR indicative.
Included: all furniture, hotel-grade linens and towels, full kitchenware, the DET compliance kit (smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid, notice board), styling, and a professional photoshoot for the listings.
Not included: white goods — washing machine, fridge, oven. We say so plainly because most packages don’t.
Sign a 12-month management agreement and we credit the design and installation fee against your first year’s commission. You pay for the furniture, never a markup on it.
